The responsibilities:

The intern would assist in coordinating and implementing the company’s online and print media marketing strategy.
This will include:
  • Emails to various companies and organisations that could be potential customers
  • Brochures content.
  • Media content.  
  • Social media content.
The intern would also assist with day to day running of the business
  •  Responding to customer queries by phone and email.
  •  Receiving, sorting, logging of incoming customer media. Dispatch to customer of processed orders. 
  •  Digital transfer of photographs, negatives, slides and multi format video to cloud based customer accounts (will involve training in and operation and management of a selection of video formats, photograph copiers, slide and negative copiers, which the company use to digitize the customer’s content).
Profile:

-          Strong interest in photography, video operations and marketing
-          Good level of English
-          Good computer skills.

-          Punctual and motivated

Remuneration:     €50 per week

Location: Dublin

The responsibilities:

-           Provide a high quality, courteous and friendly service to the students, potential clients, visitors and the general public.
-           Welcome the students on the first day co-ordinating orientation around the school.
-           Co-ordinate with the Accommodation Manager on arrival and departure duties to ensure the safe arrival/departure of all students.
-           Liaise with Director of Studies on the morning assembly and participate as appropriate.
-           Represent the company positively in all conversations with students, staff, and others.
-           Manage large groups of international students of varied ages.
-           Plan and organise the summer social programme for the Junior Centre
-           Confirm all bookings for excursions with agents, transport companies and operators, and ensure that correct methods of payments are allocated to staff and returned.
-           Control expenditure of the activities programme
-           Contact agents as requested by the Marketing Manager
-           Keep the student notice boards updated on a weekly basis – jobs/accommodation/social events.
-           Assist with the running of the school library.
-           Help with all student enquiries at reception during coffee breaks and at lunch time, either directly or refer the student to the appropriate staff member.
-           Receive telephone calls or personal enquiries in a professional manner, transferring or delegating as necessary.
-           To take follow-up action to ensure that responsibility for dealing with enquiries has been accepted and that relevant action is taken
-           Stock and assemble the Students Welcome Pack, including Student Guide, maps, Dublin guides, pen, bus tour ticket etc
-           Collect students end of course questionnaire and any other data pertaining to students’ perception of the organization.
-           Deliver GNIB (Garda National Immigration Bureau) documents every Tuesday and Friday.
-           Prepare all localization letters for new students
-           Attend to or delegate any student enquiry not mentioned above.
-           Perform receptionist functions
-           Perform other related duties as required
Profile:

-             Intermediate level of English
-             Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-             Customer-focused approach
-             Good typing and administration skills
-             Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-             Intermediate level of Arabic not required but it will be considered as a plus

Date: The internship is immediately available. Minimum of 3 months but preferably 6.

The responsibilities:

Involvement in managing the company's brand through traditional marketing channels

·         Creation of brochures, flyers, newsletters and material for exhibitions (not content but design). This person will be expected to bring a flair and their own design ideas to the table. All material will be distributed in up to eight countries giving the intern EU brand management experience
·         Implementing online strategies and creating web content - creation and editing of landing pages to capture potential clients' details; updating two websites in terms of content and design changes
·         Monitoring and analytics - using Google analytics to manage 'goals' and track performance of the company's online presence
·         Posting of blog posts through blogger and again tracking of content. Re-skin of blog (using HTML) also to fit in line with new websites and overall brand
·         Responsible for Facebook and social strategy. Manage the company's Facebook page and implement content and engagement strategies in line with the marketing manager's marketing plan
·         Creation of new HTML template for Email promotions and ongoing creation and distribution to prospects and existing clients
·         Involvement in customer segmentation project and annual CRM 'clean-up' 
·         Involvement in Adwords advertising on Google Platform

Profile:

·            Competent in HTML & CSS
·            Competent Indesign (or illustrator) & photoshop skills
·            Understanding of social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Youtube
·            Fluency in English 
·            Basic level of fluency in Finnish a strong advantage (but certainly not a necessity)
·            Self-motivated
·            Data driven
·            Always open to new ideas
·            Reliable and hardworking
