The responsibilities:

You will be integrated in the Customer Services Division. The duties of the internship are as follows:
-          Support the department on several databases.
-          You will be trained by the company to learn how to use their in-house software.
-          Filing and dealing with the post will also from part of these roles as well as assisting and supporting in any relevant projects or initiatives that may occur.
-          Managing some phone calls for customers.
