Description
You will be primarily located in our Traffic Office Department but would liaise closely with the Finance, IT & HR Departments as part of ongoing inter-departmental projects.


The responsibilities:
- Input prime-entry data to the internal traffic management system.
- Work for a period of time within the planning section of the traffic office on the European Desk.
- Input and report on Tachograph compliance in line with EU Drivers Hours regulations using online Tachograph management system.
- Assist in administration tasks such as POD Management.
- Develop further KPI measures using newly acquired Traffic Management System.
- Assist with other members of the business on further improvement project – “Driver Performance Monitoring”, using the vehicle telematics system.
- Assist with other team projects such as Market Research and Environmental Planning.


Profile:
- Background or Study/interest in Supply Chain and or Logistics
- Very Good English and French with high communications skills. Another language (Spanish, Italian or German) can be an advantage
- To be a team player, autonomous, flexible and reliable
- To feel very good with IT tools.


Remuneration:  100€/week.
