A365 - Junior Manager





Internships Ireland is a company specializing in locating interesting internships in Ireland for European students who are looking to do internships in Ireland.

Position: Junior Manager
                                                                                                           
Host company profile: This is a group which runs 3 companies (Construction, Loss Assessing, and Financial Advice)
                                                   
Location: Co Offaly, Ireland

Date: The internship is immediately available for minimum 3 months. The period of the internship is flexible to adapt to your requirements.

The responsibilities:
-          responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services
-          Establish and maintain supplier accounts
-          Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
-          Manage distribution of utilities bills and collections of accounts
-          Administer employment agreements
-          Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
-          Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment
-          Maintain insurance coverage’s
-          Maintain and update social media sights for each company
-          Gather information and format monthly newsletter for clients
-          Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
-          Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
-          Relieve management of administrative detail, all projects
-          Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
-          Take initiative in manager's absence
-          Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager's signature
-          Arrange essential mail in priority action order for boss
-          Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
-          Process replies on own initiative or from bosses' dictation or notes
-          Research, draft or abstract reports
The intern will be provided with full training and will have constant support from our other colleague and the manager.

Profile:
-          Take initiative
-          Business/Accounts or a Logistics background/studies
-          Desire to learn and a commitment to working hard and making a genuine contribution
-          Good English

Remuneration:  The company will pay €100 euro per week (with a view to increase depending on performance) to cover expenses.

We will also be advising you on finding a suitable accommodation if needed and with your integration in Ireland. Furthermore we will monitor your progress with the company during your internship and assist you with any issues that might arise.
