Position: International Corporate Events – Sales & Marketing

As a result of proactively securing a large amount of business for Ireland in the coming years we are expanding and growing our company and the following internship is available. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast paced sales and marketing team of proposal writers and marketing professionals, giving you the opportunity to learn directly from our experience.

Location: Dublin / Ireland.

Date: FILLED FOR JULY (not available at the moment)

The responsibilities:

-          Creating and developing proposals for foreign clients seeking to hold meetings and incentive trips in Ireland

-          Creating and developing budgets to accompany the above

-          Liaising with suppliers – hotels, venues, transport, restaurants and activities etc. – to develop unique and exciting programs

-          Liaising with existing foreign agents and providing them with tailored creative assets

-          Administrative assistance with the organization, co-ordination and implementation of site inspections

-          Performing other administrative tasks and duties as may be required.

Profile:

-          Enthusiastic and willing to learn

-          Creativity

-          Attention to detail

-          Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

-          Relationship builder – both internally and externally

-          Ability to work to deadlines

-          Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel is essential

-          Fluent English is essential, additional languages would be an advantage

Remuneration: €50 per week

                                                  

Please note the service of finding you a suitable internship is payable.  Our service includes matching your profile with the company in Ireland where you will do your internship. We will also be advising you on finding a suitable accommodation if needed and with your integration in Ireland. Furthermore we will monitor your progress with the company during your internship and assist you with any issues that might arise.
