Position: Hospitality and Marketing Agent –
French

accommodation provider
Location: Dublin
Date: The internship will be available
from June to September.
The responsibilities:
The
role involves assisting the General Manager with the day to day management of
accommodation in Dublin
·
Responding to phone/emails enquiries and
reservations (French customers)
·
Assisting customers and dealing with enquiries
during their stay in our premises
·
General administrative duties
·
Supporting translation of Company documents from
English to French
·
Website translation
·
Marketing initiatives (e.g. partnerships, SEO
etc.)
·
Social Network & Internet marketing
·
Other duties may be assigned by the Company
Manager from time to time
·
Flexible
working hours. Weekends might be
occasionally required.
Profile:
· Fluency
in French language: excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Another
European language is an advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian)
· Basic
level of English
· Basic
computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office).
· Good
telephone manner
· Organizational,
negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
· Basic
knowledge of Hospitality/Travel Industry.
· Strong
aptitude for Sales and Customer Services is an advantage
· Confident with an ability to work
on own initiative.
