Position: Information / Reception
Host Company Profile: Environmental education and youth organisation
Location: Dublin
Date: The internship is available immediately, for 3-6 months.
The responsibilities:
- Being first point of contact to the “customers”, guests and public
- Reception duties
- Offering people information regarding the organisation and our programmes
- Maintaining the appearance of the ground floor and offer a “youth friendly” atmosphere
- Maintain records of promotional and educational materials
- Assisting with exhibits
- Managing meetings, room bookings and associated tasks
- Using a CRM database system - Salesforce
Profile:
- A relevant qualification or relevant work experience in the area of reception and administration
- Be self-motivated, energetic, positive and creative.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent English
- Good working knowledge with Word and Excel
- Be flexible
- Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience in the voluntary sector with a genuine interest in development of young people and/or environmental protection
- Some knowledge of reception and admin duties
Remuneration: No remuneration
