The responsibilities:
Initial Duties
This will be a requirement throughout the whole
internship in the department:

E-scanning
·
Creating files
·
Report updates
·
Booking confirmation
·
Dealing with shipping lines and hauliers
Chance of progression
After the initial 3months if the internship is
progressing to a more than satisfactory level the manager on discussion with
the intern and HR may introduce them to the following activities:
·
Updated files in CIEL
·
Update BOL instructions
·
Passing creditors in Acon-new
·
Dealing with invoice queries
·
General assistance
Remuneration: Allowance (not
deemed to be a salary) to help towards travel & expenses throughout the
students stay in Ireland. The amount
offered is €650 per month or €150 per week paid on a monthly basis
Please note the service of
finding you a suitable internship is payable.
Our service includes matching your profile with the company in Ireland
where you will do your internship. We will also be advising you on finding a
suitable accommodation if needed and with your integration in Ireland
