The responsibilities:
- Reception co-ordination
- Reception
management
- Dealing
with in-house and virtual clients
- Telephone
answering
- Report preparation
- Assistance with the business continuity
- Virtual and serviced office services
- Hosting and welcoming customers
- Serving food and beverages, providing
breakfasts to customers
- Taking action to correct any problems
concerning customers’ meals
- Taking orders
- Collaborating with the manager, the kitchen
and restaurant staff
- Market
and Marketing research
- Phone
calls
- Access
and update databases
- Send
brochures to clients
- Attend
meetings with managers and take notes
- Prepare
quotations
Profile:
- Good
Level of English - both written and verbal
- Be dynamic and organized, and have professional
attitude with customers
- Good communication skills and good telephone
manners
- Be punctual
- Listen to the customer
- Be able to fit within the group
- Have a good relationship with colleagues
and customers
- Good
Level of Computer Skills - good working knowledge of Excel/Word
