- Using your languages to market the programme
- Using your languages to talk to customers
- Using your languages to update the website
- Answering the phone and talking messages
- Finding free websites around the world to link and promote our International programmes
- Doing accounts if this is something you have training in
- Updating customer manager software
- Updating excel database
- Setting up distribution lists
