The responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering & returning telephone calls in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
  • (Sales & PR training 1st week, combined with enthusiasm about our product).
  • Answering emails in a friendly, professional and efficient manner: templates to follow.
  • Processing new enrollments.
  • Updating Teacher’s Schedules & Mailing lists.
  • Updating & Improving Office Systems.
  • Updating Calendar of Events.
  • Editing Academy Newsletters.
  • Assisting the Directors in promoting/organizing Piano Festivals.
  • General Office duties, including filing, copying, organizing.
  • Developing Social Media Campaigns.
  • Assisting in the production and distribution of promotional literature

Assisting on projects to include:
  • Communicating with public and media.
  • Assisting in development of marketing content for Festivals and events.
  • Assisting in event promotion and on-the-day assistance.
  • Review and update existing marketing plan.
  • Developing a marketing and fundraising strategy appropriate for events and festivals.
  • Review advertising


Profile:

Computer skills essential:
  • Basic knowledge of Apple Mountain Lion OS including iCal, contacts etc.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel including mail merge.

Minimum requirements:
  • Fluency in English.
  • BA or equivalent.
  • Administration qualifications essential.
  • General knowledge in music, arts and cultural knowledge.
  • Superior writing skills.
  • Strong social and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Deadline- oriented, ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing, fundraising and effective online campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work creatively with initiative to work independently.
  • Strong levels of enthusiasm, initiative, motivation & energy.
  • Trustworthy, responsible and reliable.

Additionally, the ideal candidate would have:
  • Track record of administration experience and events management.
  • Previous experience in media relations, sales, publicity.
  • PR/Marketing qualification

Remuneration: €100 per week

·         Hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm

The responsibilities:

The company is looking for a dynamic & self-motivated intern in Marketing to assist the MD & Sales Director.

-         Managing the used car stock on the internet
-         Assisting with the organisation of events
-         Sales and marketing activities to the public and b2b
-         Reportings / CRM.

Profile:

-         You study a Marketing related discipline
-         A strong interest in or prior experience of the motor industry is a distinct advantage.
-         Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. A basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop is an advantage but not essential.
-         An interest in photography would be an asset
-         Extreme attention to detail and strong proof-reading abilities
-         Responsible and hard-working - able to lead by example.
-         Must be capable of working on his/her own initiative.
-         Full Clean driving license required

The responsibilities:

Assist with daily tasks, including, but not limited to:

 ·   Help with the promotion of the summer camps through email, distributing leaflets, phone calls, etc.

·   Preparing materials and venues in advance of summer camp (crafts, materials etc)

·   Accompany and assisting the facilitator during the camp

·   Assisting the children with their activities

·   Follow-up administrative activities (evaluations and feedback, photos, etc.)


Profile:

 -Relevant qualification or part qualification in childcare, teacher, artist, environmental student, entertainer

-Some experience in a similar position, educating, entertaining and minding children

-Some experienced of administration or office support work

-Experience in English verbal and written communication

-The successful candidate should ideally have the following qualities:

-Love working with children and young people

-Be self-motivated, energetic, creative and enthusiastic

-Have an ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

-An interest in the environment and children

-An interest in learning about workshop facilitation for children

The Interns main responsibility is to invite and confirm as many attendees as the event will hold. As the speakers and venue have been confirmed the role will be focussed on social media, building a database of potential attendees, inviting/emailing them, confirming them, and getting publicity for the event and other ad hoc duties. The Intern will also be encouraged to suggest other means of attracting attendees. There are no sales involved as the event is free of charge for suitably qualified attendees.
 
Profile:
 
 
Good written and spoken English. Capable of using standard Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Etc. Good knowledge and interest in social media such as Twitter and LinkedIn. Keen interest in PR and Marketing.  Good attention to detail. Able to work on own initiative.
 
This role will allow an Intern to develop PR and Social Marketing skills, along with event management exposure. We are a friendly, progressive company and will encourage growth and development.
 
 The role would suit an enthusiastic, confident and ambitious individual, who may come from a range of disciplines such as Marketing, PR, Business, for example. The Intern must be comfortable working on their own for much of the time.
 
 
Remuneration:  €500 per calendar month + costs related to your internship.
