Date: The internship is available for 4 to 6 months.

The responsibilities:

• Re-touching, cropping and optimization of graphics for web

·         Communicating with clients in terms of Design Layout

Profile:

·         Have an aptitude for design

·         Have some knowledge of design software especially Photoshop, Premiere, Indesign & AfterAffects. In-job training will be offered in some of these areas as part of the job

·         Good communication skills and good English is essential

·         The position would suit a candidate with experience and passion for Design and/or Photography

Details:

·         The position will not be full-time starting off and should consist of between 20 - 30 hours per week. This may increase as the business grows. The position will be based in Naas but can accommodate working from home also.

·         The candidate will have the opportunity to use for free, a fully equipped photography studio for up to 10 - 15 hours per week or more. This can be used as study/hobby work or as an additional part time business to generate an income. However the primary work must be treated as a priority.

·         Work Area is provided along with a Laptop and access to Photography/ Computer equipment.

·         The position will offer Real Environment experience, training (One to One and Online), Photography Studio Access and the Opportunity to lead onto a Paid Position.

Remuneration: €50 per week to help with some expenses. A laptop and phone will also be provided during the internship.

The responsibilities:

• Design of a digital marketing strategy including an Explainer Animation Video, social media blogs, email marketing, research, service branding and general marketing.
• Work within a sales plan, finding potential customers within a target category increase their interest and make appointments for formal presentations.
• Once this ability is proven and leads are turning into prospects the Intern will be given expanded responsibility to design a digital animation explainer video story of the company’s business and how it will benefit Manufacturers and/or Distributors.
• Provide some management of the marketing content on websites and assist with email marketing campaigns.
•  Offer insights into best use of Social media.
•  Provide market research and analysis as required.

Profile:

• No work experience is required.
• However it is essential to have the necessary skills, attitude and education in the relevant disciplines. Skills in particular would include digital media content and animated video development.
• Any sales or college or other work experience would be a definite advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

It is desirable, but not essential to demonstrate many of the following abilities:

• Very good Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience of using email marketing tools.
• Self-motivated and works on own initiative once tasks are clearly defined.
• Passionate about digital marketing.
• Knowledge of consumer product sales channels, both traditional and digital.
• Understanding of typical relationship between manufacturers, distributors, resellers, retail outlets.
