Date: minimum 6-8 weeks, ideally longer

The responsibilities:

-     To Stock Control

-     Stock Audits

-     Pick and Pack

-     Compacter and Air Cushion operation

-     Warehouse Housekeeping

-     RMA Processing - warranty claims

-     Log in Log out of Stock Shipments

-     Warehouse Management - layout, organisation, process improvement

Profile:

-          Good level in English

-          Good time management and ability to multi task

-          Enthusiastic, positive, dynamic, communicative

-          Flexible, team oriented approach to work, including the ability to be self-motivated

-          Good communicator

-          Good computer skills

-          No previous experience required

Remuneration: €50-70 per week contribution towards train travel where necessary

The responsibilities:

Initial Duties

This will be a requirement throughout the whole internship in the department:

·         E-scanning

·         Creating files

·         Report updates

·         Booking confirmation

·         Dealing with shipping lines and hauliers

Chance of progression

After the initial 3months if the internship is progressing to a more than satisfactory level the manager on discussion with the intern and HR may introduce them to the following activities:

·         Updated files in CIEL  

·         Update BOL instructions 

·         Passing creditors in Acon-new  

·         Dealing with invoice queries 

·         General assistance

Remuneration:  Allowance (not deemed to be a salary) to help towards travel & expenses throughout the students stay in Ireland.  The amount offered is €650 per month or €150 per week paid on a monthly basis

The responsibilities:

Initial Duties

·         Controlling POD’s with suppliers and customers

·         Updating customer systems with real time track and trace information

·         Update KPI’s

·         Putting together backup of sales invoices

·         Creating daily manifests / CMRs for transport

·         Pre alert collections / deliveries with customers

·         Creating shipments on Road freight system

-          Strong Computer literacy: in Particular with Excel, and good internet skills.

-          Good English

-          Punctuality
