Internships Ireland is a company specializing in locating internships in Ireland for European students who are looking to do internships in Ireland.

Position: Hospitality/Travel/marketing French speaker Agent.

Host company profile: short-term accommodation Provider.

Location: Dublin city centre/ Ireland.

Date: The internship is immediately available for minimum 12 weeks.

The period of the internship is flexible to adapt to your requirements.

The responsibilities:

The role involves assisting the General Manager with the day to day management of accommodation in Dublin city centre ensuring that all aspects of the premises are maintained to the standards expected in order to provide a comfortable atmosphere and that all guests receive the best possible customer service during their stay

·         Responding to phone/emails enquiries and reservations (French customers)

·         Assisting customers and dealing with enquiries and during their stay in our premises

·         General administrative duties

·         Supporting translation of Company documents from English to French

·         Website translation and improvement

·         Marketing initiatives (e.g. partnerships, SEO etc.)

·         Social Network marketing (Facebook, Twitter)

·         Other duties may be assigned by the Company Manager from time to time

·         Flexible working hours.  Weekends might be occasionally required.

Profile:

·         Fluency in French language: excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Another European language is an advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian)

·         Basic level of English

·         Basic computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office).

·         Good telephone manner

·         Organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.

·         Basic knowledge of Hospitality/Travel Industry.

·         Strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services is an advantage

·         Confident with an ability to work on own initiative.
