LocationDublin City centre

Date: The internship is available 3 to 6 months. (Flexible start dates)

The responsibilities:

- Organising talks and meetings for our members (all of whom are scriptwriters of radio, tv, film and theatre);
- Planning and organising for our annual Awards ceremony for writers;
- Research for our annual report ie. contacting film/tv production companies;
- Contacting members by phone/email about our upcoming events/meetings;


Profile:

- The applicant would be confident enough to contact people by phone to give them information or ask them some questions.
-     Be self-motivated, energetic, positive and creative.
-     Good working knowledge with Word and Excel.
-     Reliable, Responsible, and efficient.
-     Punctual.

A 685 - Marketing & Arts Workshop intern

Position: Marketing & Arts Workshop intern  
  
Host company profile: Centre for the distribution of unused end-of-line materials and cut-offs from business

Location: Dublin

Date: The internship is available 3 to 6 months.

The responsibilities:

-         Co-ordinating and supporting the Recreate’s corporate, marketing, branding, PR, advertising and sales functions
-         Co-ordinate visits to schools and early childhood centres (booking, confirmation, follow up)
-         Organize artists to avail of the workshop space  
-         Coordinate the creative reuse workshops and to promote the same
-         Promote the Aistear approach to the use of the materials
-         Responsible for ensuring and developing, where required, a quality administration system in all areas of the work
-         Updating website and social media as required
-         Provide administrative support for the project
-         Promoting Recreate and helping to grow the membership base.
-         Engage with existing and new business with respect to growing the supplier network
-         To assist in the creation, maintaining and sustaining new business for the resource store.  
-         To carry out research duties on various projects as required
-         Other duties as deemed appropriate by line manager

Profile:

-         Also, the intern will be asked to develop some of our new services convincing the blogs to participate and the company to buy our services, you will receive some valuable knowledge about webmarketing and become a real part of the team.
-         It's a real opportunity for you to add a valuable work experience as Business developper on your resume.
-         We are a young team (24 – 32 years old), dynamics, proactive, open minded but really motivated.  

Profile:

-          We need someone mature, dynamic, motivated, ideally with a previous experiences in sales department, but not obligatory and a good knowledge in webmarketing.
-          Obviously, you will have training to understand our activity and the market before to be in touch with some of the best companies, agencies and French blogs.
-          Able to demonstrate a passion for Social Media Communication and Digital Marketing.
-          Must demonstrate creativity and innovation.

   Remuneration:  You'll receive a contribution of 125€ per week for your work
