Workshop intern

for the distribution of unused end-of-line materials and cut-offs from business

The internship is available 3 to 6 months.
The responsibilities:

Co-ordinating
and supporting the Recreate’s corporate, marketing, branding, PR, advertising
and sales functions

Co-ordinate visits to schools and early childhood
centres (booking, confirmation, follow up)

Organize artists to avail of the workshop space
-
Coordinate the creative reuse workshops and to
promote the same
-
Promote the Aistear approach to the use of the
materials
-
Responsible
for ensuring and developing, where required, a quality administration system in
all areas of the work

Updating
website and social media as required
-
Provide
administrative support for the project
-
Promoting
Recreate and helping to grow the membership base.

Engage
with existing and new business with respect to growing the supplier network
-
To assist in the creation, maintaining and
sustaining new business for the resource store.

Other
duties as deemed appropriate by line manager
Profile:
- Knowledge of the marketing mix - Contacts within the artistic

working towards a marketing or arts qualification
Remuneration: No remuneration
