Position: Hospitality and Marketing Assistant
Host
Company Profile: Property Management
Location: Dublin
Date: The
internship is immediately available for 12 weeks minimum
The
responsibilities:
- Responding to phone/emails enquiries and reservations (French customers)
- Assisting customers and dealing with enquiries during their stay in our premises
- General administrative duties
- Supporting translation of Company documents from English to French
- Website translation
- Marketing campaigns (e.g. partnerships, SEO etc.)
- Social network and Internet marketing
- Other duties may be assigned by the Company Manager from time to time
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. Occasional work on weekend might be required
Profile:
- Fluency in French language: excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Another European language is an advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian)
- Basic level of English
- Basic computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office)
- Good telephone manner
- Organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential
- Strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services is an advantage
- Confident with an ability to work on own initiative
