The responsibilities:
- Shadow the management team (Store Manager & Assistant Manager) in running the store.
- Assist in the managing of communication in store.
- Drive sales in store.
- Learn & assist with merchandising of store to best practice.
- Learning excellent customer service & improve service in store.
- Learn about & try to positively assist the Key Performance indicators in store.
- Complete Rotations and manages the store in line with best practice.
- Improve standards in store after learning about them.
Profile:
- Good level in English.
- Good time management and ability to multi task.
- Positive, optimistic and can do attitude.
- Flexible, team oriented approach to work, including the ability to be self-motivated.
- It would be good if the candidate has experience in retail or in some courses related to that area.
Remuneration: No remuneration
