The responsibilities:
  •           Assisting existing and potential customers and dealing with enquiries
  •           Taking phone/emails reservations and enquiries (only French customers)
  •           General administrative duties
  •           Meeting customers for check-in and check-out and assisting them during their stay in our premises
  •           Supporting translation of Company documents from English to Spanish
  •           Website translation
  •           Helping with Marketing initiatives (e.g. newsletters)
  •           Other duties may be assigned by the Company manager from time to time
  •     The intern will be provided with full training and will have constant support from our other colleague and the manager. The intern will be assigned flexible working hours and weekend tasks are occasionally required.


Profile:
-          Fluency in French language: excellent verbal and written communication skills
-          Fluency in English is not essential but an advantage
-          Fluency in another European language is not essential but an advantage
-          Good computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office).
-          Excellent telephone manner
-          Excellent organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
-          Knowledge of Travel Industry.
-          Strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services is an advantage
-          Confident with an ability to work on own initiative

Remuneration:  FREE accommodation at a walking distance to our office (only 100 euro monthly contribution is requested to manage household expenses), plus FREE mobile phone fixed contract.

-          Businesses must be contacted directly through flyers , email or post and followed up by calls (make them aware that there is new management and the restaurant does have special offers available all year around)
-          Develop the Facebook page with direct marketing towards hen nights, stag nights, with special offers that may be available with overnight accommodation
-          help the developing and selling of the Business Brand existing and a new start up which is selling take away banquets
-          Compile a research and feedback study for the restaurant
