Location: Dublin
Date: The internship is immediately available for three months minimum. The period of the internship is flexible to adapt to your requirements.
The responsibilities:
- Main task:
- Creation of an eBook (based on 15 collected stories/testimonials from business owners ranging from areas such as Beauty, Health, Fitness, Wellness). The eBook is for Charity but aimed at boosting the PR of the company.
- Your role will be to assemble the written contents in a PDF file into an eBook that will look professional from a design point of view also.
Other tasks:
- Development and maintenance of database
- Website maintenance
- Website development
- Marketing Plan: Researching new markets, industry trends, placing advertisements etc
- Day to day admin and liaising with clients
- Social networking
- Liaising with sales person and processing bookings/payments etc
- Issuing invoices
- Booking travel arrangements for the Director
- Training workbooks prepared and ready for courses
- Power point and training course material
- Collecting payments
- Clerical back-up and general admin/pa duties
Profile:
- To have a good level of English
- Strong IT skills, good Powerpoint and PDF skills
- To be creative and artistic
- To have good communication skills
- To be comfortable with Adobe
- To be motivated
Remuneration: 100 euro per week
