A408 - SQL programming and testing

Internships Ireland is a company specializing in locating interesting internships in Ireland for European students who are looking to do internships in Ireland.

Position: SQL programming and testing (software development).

Host company profile A technology and consulting company specialized new energy.

Location: Brussels, Belgium.

Date: The internship is immediately available for 4-6 months.

The responsibilities:

-   Thorough SQL knowledge (including joins and preferably experience with MySQL and stored procedures)

-   Knowledge of Java and preferably JEE

-   Experience in Unit testing is an asset

-   Experience or strong interest in Agile methodology is an asset

-   Organized, disciplined and persevering

-   Eager and able to learn quickly

-   Able to work both autonomously and in an international team

-   Fluent in English (working language of the team and international environment: projects in over 25 countries worldwide, colleagues of over 15 nationalities)

Profile:

-   Student in the last year of Bachelor or Master degree in IT or IT engineering

-   Prior internships or student jobs in programming or software testing is an asset

Remuneration:  400 € per month PLUS reimbursement of public transportation expenses.

Please note the service of finding you a suitable internship is payable.  Our service includes matching your profile with the company in Ireland where you will do your internship. We will also be advising you on finding a suitable accommodation if needed and with your integration in Ireland. Furthermore we will monitor your progress with the company during your internship and assist you with any issues that might arise.
