Position: IT engineer assistant.

The responsibilities:
- To product and manage of project documentation for the construction companies by developing new papers based solutions and electronics / digital solutions.
Profile:
- Background in Building Services Engineering, but a background in Facilities Management would also be useful.
- You must have a detailed knowledge of all mechanical and electrical services systems that would include the following;
Electrical Services:- Medium & Low Voltage Power Distribution, UPS, IPS, Generator Installation, General & Emergency Lighting, General Services, Fire Alarm, Security Systems, Data & I.T.
Mechanical Services:- Low Pressure Hot Water, Chilled Water, Domestic Water Services, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Soils & Wastes, Gas Services, Medical Gases, Fire Protection Systems
- To be able to read and understand mechanical and electrical services layout and schematic drawings.
Remuneration: 150€/month.
