Position: Management / Marketing Assistant

Host company profile: The Company is an event planning consultancy.

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Date: The internship is immediately available. The period of the internship is flexible.

The responsibilities:

- Managing information and broad administration support

- Initial Enquiry Handling

- Answering phones

- Daily Maintenance of social networks sites namely Facebook & Twitter

- Build up followers particularly in the USA, UK & Dubai

- Monitoring & reporting on same

- Assisting with event planning & organization

- Monitoring & reporting of website statistics on weekly basis

- Web & Wedding Collateral Research

- Continue building of existing Databases of both vendors & clients

- Assist with events off site

- Communicating with internal & external customers

- Research on possible new over seas markets for the Company eg Hong Kong, Dubai,    Singapore

- Assist with research & admin as required for company PR & publicity opportunities

- Site Visits to approved the Company’s venues

- Other items which may arise but still in keeping with the Administrative role

Profile:         

- Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Internet & Search engine etc)

- Good level of English & excellent communication skills

Remuneration:  € 50 per week

Please note the service of finding you a suitable internship is payable.  Our service includes matching your profile with the company in Ireland where you will do your internship. We will also be advising you on finding a suitable accommodation if needed and with your integration in Ireland. Furthermore we will monitor your progress with the company during your internship and assist you with any issues that might arise.
