Position: Arts Administrator

Location: Dublin

Date: The internship is immediately available.

The responsibilities:
The company seeks candidates interested in gaining experience in Arts Administration
The intern will:

·       Assist the Education and Outreach Coordinator with contracts, logistic arrangements and correspondence
·       Assist in Campaigns for productions, events and fundraising
·       Researching travel logistics
·       Assist with administration and maintenance of database records
·       Assist with day-to-day accounts and budgets
·       Assist with producing of proposals, final reports, press packets, summaries and acknowledgement letters
·       Provide administrative assistance to the Artistic Directors, Arts Administrator and Education and Outreach Coordinator  
·       Assist with reception, registration and client service
·       Answer telephone and “in person” enquiries
·       Help identify, cultivate, and solicit outreach prospects and partnerships.

Profile:

·       Experience of payroll packages, banking
·       Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and figures,
·       Email, Internet, social media technical proficiency  
·       MS Publisher, MS Access, Adobe Photoshop knowledge
·       Mail chimp, e-shot experience (ideally)
·       Website update experience (contribute)
·       Superb attention to detail, good memory
·       Reliable, Responsible, and efficient
·       Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
·       Demonstrated interest in Arts Management
·       Third level or higher qualification in Arts Management is a plus.

Remuneration:  No remuneration
