Date: The internship will be available
from June to September.
The responsibilities:
The
role involves assisting the General Manager with the day to day management of
accommodation in Dublin
·
Responding to phone/emails enquiries and
reservations (Italian customers)
·
Assisting customers and dealing with enquiries
during their stay in our premises
·
General administrative duties
·
Supporting translation of Company documents from
English to Italian
·
Website translation
·
Marketing campaigns (e.g. partnerships, SEO etc.)
·
Social network and Internet marketing
·
Other duties may be assigned by the Company
Manager from time to time
·
Flexible working hours. Weekends might be occasionally required.
Profile:
·
Fluency in Italian language: excellent verbal and
written communication skills
·
Another European language is an advantage
(Spanish, Portuguese, German, French)
·
Basic level of English
·
Basic computer skills (Internet and Microsoft
Office).
·
Good telephone manner
·
Organizational, negotiation and interpersonal
skills are essential.
·
Strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services
is an advantage
·
Confident with an ability to work on own
initiative.
