Internships Ireland is a company specializing in locating internships in Ireland for European students who are looking to do internships in Ireland.

Position: Hospitality/Travel/marketing Spanish speaker Agent.

Host company profile: short-term accommodation Provider.

Location: Dublin city centre/ Ireland.

Date: The internship is immediately available for minimum 3 months.

The period of the internship is flexible to adapt to your requirements.

The responsibilities:

The role is allocated to expand and improve current business in the Spanish/South American markets in searching for new potential partnerships or deals. Digital marketing is an essential part of the marketing strategy.

In addition, part of the work involves assisting the General Manager with the day to day management of accommodation in Dublin city centre ensuring that all aspects of the premises are maintained to the standards expected in order to provide a comfortable atmosphere and that all guests receive the best possible customer service during their stay.

- Marketing initiatives (e.g. partnerships, SEO etc.).

- Social Network marketing (Facebook, Twitter).

- Supporting translation of Company documents from English to Spanish.

- Website translation and improvement.

- Responding to phone/emails enquiries and reservations (only for Spanish customers).

- Assisting customers and dealing with enquiries and during their stay in our premises.

- General administrative duties.

- Other duties may be assigned by the Company Manager from time to time.

- Flexible working hours.  Weekends might be occasionally required.

The intern will be provided with full training and will have constant support from our other colleague and the manager. The intern will be assigned flexible working hours and weekend tasks are occasionally required.

Profile:

The host company is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals with hospitality, tourism or marketing studies or background. They seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with strong business development and customer care skills. 

- Fluency in Spanish language: excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Another European language is an advantage (French, Portuguese, German, Italian)

- Basic level of English

- Basic computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office).

- Excellent telephone manner

- Organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Basic knowledge of Hospitaly/Travel Industry.

- Strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services is an advantage

- Confident with an ability to work on own initiative.

Remuneration:  FREE accommodation at a walking distance to our office (only 100 euro monthly contribution is requested to manage household expenses), plus FREE mobile phone fixed contract.
