Internships Ireland is a company specializing in locating interesting internships in Ireland for European students who are looking to do internships in Ireland.

           

Position: Junior IT Support

                                                                                                           

Host company profile: Transport Company

                                                   

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Date: The internship is immediately available for minimum 3 months. The period of the internship is flexible to adapt to your requirements.

The responsibilities:

-          Dealing with Driver technical issues

-          Supporting office and IT Taxi systems

-          Out of hours on call

-          Driver training

-          System stock taking

-          Data entry

-          Graphic design

-          Intranet/Internet Website maintenance and upkeep

The intern will be provided with full training and will have constant support from our other colleague and the manager.

Profile:

-          Very good communication skills

-          Ability to work on their own initiative

-          Ability to demonstrate innovation

-          Very good problem solving abilities

-          Very good organisational skills

-          Good knowledge of PDA/Smartphones

-          Good knowledge of Databases(SQL, Oracle), Website design (PHP, Javascript, HTML)

-          Good knowledge of GSM networks

-          Very good knowledge of Windows Server 2003-2008, administration, Windows XP, Win7

Remuneration:  The company will pay €200 euro per week to cover expenses plus FREE mobile phone fixed contract.

Please note the service of finding you a suitable internship is payable.  Our service includes matching your profile with the company in Ireland where you will do your internship. We will also be advising you on finding a suitable accommodation if needed and with your integration in Ireland. Furthermore we will monitor your progress with the company during your internship and assist you with any issues that might arise.
