Position: Project Marketing Executive

Host Company Profile: Organisation focused on childhood care and education in Ireland.

Location: Dublin

Date: The internship is available now.

The responsibilities:

-     Supporting the corporate marketing, branding, PR, advertising and sales functions

-     Responsible for ensuring and developing, where required, a quality administration system in all areas of the work

-     Data entry input and regular reporting

-     Assisting with website and social media strategy

-     Updating website and social media daily

-     Recording minutes of meetings as required

-     To assist in the promotion of the Gathering and helping to grow the email database.

-     To assist with the roll out of the Gathering Communications Plan

-     To carry out research duties on various projects as required

-     Assist in the execution and evaluation of campaigns

-     Assist with ICT as required

-     Other duties as deemed appropriate by line manager

Profile:

-     Knowledge of the marketing mix

-     Ability to work on multiple projects at the one time

-     Willingness to learn

-     Good administrative and interpersonal skills

-     Working knowledge of Social Media

-     Good customer service skills

-     Be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

-     An ability to be flexible, adaptable and to work under pressure

-     Good organisation and self-motivating skills

-     Good writing skills

-     Good organisation and time management skills

-     Experience as a team player

-     An ability to exercise initiative

-     An ability to be creative, innovative and resourceful

-     Ideally have or working towards a marketing or business qualification

-     Desirable, to have at least a working knowledge, aptitude and/or in basic IT troubleshooting

-     Knowledge of using a Content Management System a plus

Remuneration: No remuneration
