Position: Key Account Administrator – International Logistics

The internship will be available in November for a minimum of 5-6 months. The
period of the internship is flexible
to adapt to your requirements.
The responsibilities:
Position: Key Accounts
Department
The role
will involve a variety of tasks:

Assist in generation of monthly analysis and business review
o
Preparation of monthly account analysis for Dublin
Branch
o
Monitor and report Business Review scheduling
o
Monitor and report Business Review content
o
Monitor and report Corrective Action activity and
quality.
o
Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly
business reviews
·
Assist in maintaining operational data quality with
Key Account Managers
·
Assist Key Account Managers in generating and
maintaining Operational Procedures
·
Assist Key Account
Managers in month end closing
o
Liaise with Air, Road and Sea Freight departments
to compile data.
o
Generating Monthly KPI / statistics reporting to
Key Account customers
o
Generating and validating monthly bulk invoicing
for Key Accounts
Position:
Dublin
Aerospace
·
Opening
export and import courier bookings for Roadfreight jobs.
·
Looking
after handovers from different agencies
·
Using
SALOG for opening Import jobs
·
Passing
Invoices on Acon
·
Filling,
Scanning and any other adhoc duties required.
Chance
of progression :
After the initial 3mths if the internship is
progressing to a more than satisfactory level the manager on discussion with the
intern and HR may introduce them to the following activities:

Student
given overview/exposure to key customers with the view of proposing new
processes / logistics / supply chain set up which could
o
Improve Customer cost
o
Improve Customer service
o
Deliver Continuous Improvement
·
Student
will be asked use academically gained knowledge, align with practical knowledge
gained during internship and prepare short presentation to Key Account Managers
on Process Improvements, New Service
Ideas, New Reporting Solutions or any other ideas how to improve overall
services.

Attend
to low level meetings with Key Customers and take responsibility for
o
Taking minutes of the meetings
o
Devising process maps
Hours of Work: Monday
to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm
Profile:
- Business/Marketing or a Logistics background/studies (Interest in Logistics is preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Desire to learn and a commitment to working hard and making a genuine contribution.
- Willingness to undertake all kinds of work.
- Strong Computer literacy: in Particular with Excel, and good internet skills.
- Good English
- Punctuality
Remuneration: The company will offer an
allowance (deemed not to be salary) to help towards travel and expenses
throughout your stay in Ireland .
The amount offered is €650 per month
or €150 per week paid on a monthly basis.

monitor your progress with the company during your internship and assist you
