Position: Sales and Marketing Assistant
Host company profile: this company represents the whole spectrum of companies within export
industry, including small and multinational companies.
Location: Dublin
Date:
The internship is immediately available for a minimum of two-three
months and longer. The period of the internship is flexible to adapt to your
requirements.
The responsibilities:

Processing
all new membership forms into the system, setting up member log ins, emailing
members with their membership logo, adding them to membership analysis and
issuing new members with member certificates.

Performs
some of Internet research functions for potential members contact details.

Entering,
Verifying, correcting, combining and rearranging data from source documents
into prescribed computer database, files and forms.

Maintain
hard copy and electronic filing system.

Performing
general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing,
label making, writing letters, research, answering phones
-
Doing
some research for the Chief Executive as needed
-
Answering
telephones and transferring to appropriate staff.

Responsible
for specific projects such as publication of annual yearbook and diary, arranging
customs masterclasses…
-
Purchasing
office supplies as requested.

Conducting
mail merges and digital marketing campaigns for the membership team
-
May
assist with overflow work from other department staff, and fill in for the
office receptionist as needed.

Design
posters when required and assisting in event registration, welcoming delegates
to events and ensuring event set up is well prepared

Remuneration: 50
euro /week
