The responsibilities:  

This role would encompass several aspects:
-          Support the academic managers in the school by carrying out academic-related admin, connected with student attendance, coursebooks and resources, etc
-          Work with teachers, ensuring that they have the resources they need for their classes
-          Work with the social programme, preparing and leading student socials
-          Assist at reception, by being rota-ed in for reception duty, and when on reception interacting with and helping students
-          Assist with course booking when necessary, and under the direction of the Head of Student Services

We don't open on Fridays but we are open Monday to Thursday

Profile:

-          good academic track record or several years experience in voluntary and community work
-          ideally from a business administration/humanities/public relations/marketing background
-          An enthusiastic team player who will make contributions
-          Flexible
-          Good English
-          Good and patient communicator

Remuneration:  100 per week plus travel ticket, for any length of stay

The responsibilities:

-     Processing all new membership forms into the system, setting up member log ins, emailing members with their membership logo, adding them to membership analysis and issuing new members with member certificates.
-     Performs some of Internet research functions for potential members contact details.
-     Entering, Verifying, correcting, combining and rearranging data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
-     Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
