Internships Ireland is a company specializing in locating internships in Ireland for European students who are looking to do internships in Ireland.

Position: Hospitality and Marketing – French

Host company profile: Accommodation provider

Location: Dublin city centre

Date: Flexible starting date for 3-6 months and more

The responsibilities:

The role involves assisting the company staff with the day to day management of accommodation in Dublin city centre ensuring that all aspects of the premises are maintained to the standards expected in order to provide a comfortable atmosphere and that all guests receive the best possible customer service during their stay.

In addition, part of the work is dedicated to expand and improve current business in the French markets in searching for new potential partnerships or deals.

·     Responding to phone/emails enquiries and reservations (French customers)

·     Assisting customers and dealing with enquiries during their stay in our premises

·     General administrative duties

·     Supporting translation of Company documents from English to French

·     Website translation

·     Marketing campaigns (e.g. partnerships, SEO etc.)

·     Social network and Internet marketing

·     Other duties may be assigned by the Company Manager from time to time

Profile:

·     Fluency in French language: excellent verbal and written communication skills

·     Another European language is an advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian)

·     Basic level of English

·     Basic computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office).

·     Good telephone manner

·     Organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.

·     Strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services is an advantage

·     Confident with an ability to work on own initiative.

Remuneration:  Accommodation + Mobile Phone
