Position: Inside Sales & Marketing Representative

Summary:
They are looking for an intern responsible for developing new business meetings for Sales director and generating sales leads. He/She is going to manage & update companies CRM tool and work with Sales director on marketing and advertising campaigns. Then we will help to write and develop Corporate & Government tenders.Primary responsibilities:
- Cold calling new and existing clients to present the Company story with a result in winning a service contract and develop leads for the field sales executive
- Research specific target base clients with a full knowledge of their business before making contact. .
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Must understand and be able articulate the company services and value over the phone.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, tenders and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships within the companies CRM tool.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Identify and resolve client concerns along with Sales manager.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including active client usage, monthly revenue, cash Vs account business this to be done in conjunction with field sales rep.
- Communicate new service opportunities to existing customers, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through daily contact with customers to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional responsibilities:
- Participate in marketing and advertising events such as e-mail blasts to existing customers and mail flyers, develop content for promotional advertisements.
- Brain storming session with management on new innovating services and ideas for increasing business.
- Help run on-line customer quality survey questioner
- Develop and maintain social media campaigns, facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn to highlight and promote the company brand along
The intern will be provided with full training and will have constant support from our other colleague and the manager.
- No previous sales experience needed. On the job training will be provided.
- Must have an excellent phone manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others, ability to create, composes and edits written materials. Knowledge of academic advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree or if still completing third level education.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Someone who has a drive for results and is highly motivated and can work autonomously.
Remuneration: €150 will be paid per week to cover expenses.
