Position: Marketing Assistant

Host company profile: This is a travel company.

Location: Dublin

Date: The internship is immediately available for three months or longer. The period of the internship is flexible to adapt to your requirements.

The responsibilities:

-         Point of contact for enquiries from French customers

-         Assistant to Project Manager for French Market

-         Ensuring that quotes and re-quotes are sent out within deadlines set by the company

-   Non-technical translation (English to French) of program and marketing material for customers

-      Ensuring that all material sent to French customers is of a high standard, upholding company image

-         Assist with Marketing tasks (database maintenance, market research, e-marketing)

-         Other tasks as set by company as they may arise

Profile:

-         Native French, fluent English, both written and verbal

-         Studying Business, Marketing, E-Marketing, Tourism or relevant discipline

-         Excellent organisational and communication skills

-         Possess a systematic approach to work and be able to function well in a team, ability to take initiatives.

-         Complete proficiency with computer software packages (MS Office, Internet) ideally with experience of social networking sites like Facebook and LinkedIn

Remuneration:  100 euro per week.
