The responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a person to assist in the
marketing department that is essentially targeting youth tourism and market groups
for our accommodation venue in Co. Meath. We need assistance to research and
develop Eco tourism and activity based packages that are aimed at school groups
and youth groups both in Ireland

To assist and develop in the
marketing part an exciting new tourism product
-
To
assist in researching and developing Eco tourism and activity based packages
-
To
assist with our marketing efforts to reach our current audience and to
subsequently develop and grow this market

Duties will include market
research, compiling databases and sending mailshots and to attend Trade Shows
-
To assist in improving our market
presence and strategy using Social Media tools such as FaceBook and Twitter

Some Customer service and administrative
duties
Profile:
-
An understanding of Social Media
tools (for example Facebook, Twitter)

An upbeat and creative personality

The ability to ‘think outside the
box’

Be ready for a bit of everything
and outgoing, not afraid to meet and talk to new people

International environment (guests
from all over the World, especially USA

Be comfortable to answer phone
calls in English
Remuneration:
An allowance of €50 per week will
be paid
Plus Free accommodation
(onsite inside the hotel), so no daily transport required
Plus Free
food all the day (every day) during your internship
