A 505 - Training Administrator



Internships Ireland is a company specializing in locating interesting internships in Ireland for European students who are looking to do internships in Ireland.
                       
Position: Training Administrator

Host company profile: Home Care company.

Location: Dublin / Ireland.

Date: The internship is immediately available (min. 2 months)

The responsibilities:
Duties

  • Support the Training Manager  in carrying out their day to day operations and ensuring that the highest quality of Training  is delivered to our clients;
  •  Assisting with Training  issues, on a day to day basis;
  • Training date planning;
  • Assisting with funding queries;
  • Booking trainees onto courses;
  • Answering phones;
  • Assisting with course development;
  • Processing course fees;
  • Preparing course materials and handouts;
  • Assisting with general duties;
Overall Objective:
The Training administrator manages the overall administration of the Training department. They will be capable of managing all aspects of the day to day to day Training administration tasks, take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills and lead the implementation of our strategic vision.

  • Preferred background in HR management with a strong focus on people skills and employee legislation ;
